Metropolitana FM is a São Paulo radio station aimed at the pop/youth audience.
It started its operations in 1982 replacing Difusora FM radio, on 98.5 MHz.
Currently, the broadcaster occupies the 6th position in the general audience ranking in Greater São Paulo, where it has been the leader in the young audience for more than two and a half years, currently it has grown in audience, being the 2nd largest broadcaster of the young audience, behind of Jovem Pan FM and ahead of all other stations in the same segment such as 89 FM A Rádio Rock, Mix FM, Kiss FM, Rádio Disney, Energia 97, Transamérica and Dumont FM from Jundiaí, according to measurements by Kantar IBOPE Media.
